He completed his Hospital Residency at Hurley Medical Center and Mott Children's Health Center in Flint, Michigan.

Prior to moving to St. Cloud in 1997, Dr. Dennis worked for seven years as a United States Air Force pediatric dentist, serving in Japan and Germany. He distinguished himself as pediatric dental consultant to the Regional Command Dental Surgeon, both in Europe and the Pacific. He is also a published author with articles in the Journal of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and other publications.

A Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Dennis has successfully completed accredited training and voluntary examinations, demonstrating unique knowledge and skill at a standard not usually possessed by other dentists.

He has lectured internationally at the Tohuku Dental Society, Tri-Service Dental Society of Japan and the 38th Parallel Dental Society in Seoul, Korea. In recent years, he has served as president of the West Central District Dental Society and a member of the Minnesota Dental Association's Public Relations Committee. He is presently a member of the Craniofacial Board in St. Cloud.

Born in New York City, Dr. Dennis is fluent in both English and Spanish. In his spare time, he volunteers with Give Kids a Smile and enjoys baseball, basketball, fishing, arts and music.
