Our staff members are not just highly-skilled and professional; they're also very friendly and a lot of fun. Every member of our staff is trained in CPR and life support. And our state-registered dental assistants learn about the latest technological advances in pediatric dentistry by attending courses and seminars offered through the American Dental Association and the Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.

ALEIDA RADZAK, PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR
With over twenty years of experience in customer service, management, and human resources, Aleida ensures that the offices of Dentistry for Children run smoothly. A fluent Spanish speaker, she is the youngest of five children and the only one born in the United States after the rest of her family immigrated to Connecticut from Cuba in 1968. When she's not working, Aleida divides her time between gardening, cooking, cheering on her two daughters who participate in a variety of activities, and spending time with her husband, extended family, and friends.

NICOLE RUETER, BUSINESS MANAGER
When Nicole's co-workers describe her, they use words like "organized," "friendly," "reliable," and "respectful." These qualities, along with a bachelor of science degree from St. Cloud State University and more than twelve years of customer service experience, make her a perfect fit for the position of Business Manager. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys sampling Cuban, Italian and Chinese foods, playing with her two children, fishing at the family cabin, shopping, and watching movies.

Tracy, Receptionist

TRACY, RECEPTIONIST
Tracy is a current student at St. Cloud Technical College with CPR certification and customer service experience in a variety of settings. Her talents at work include identifying patient insurance coverage for dental treatment and communicating with parents regarding appointments and needed information. In her down time, Tracy plays her saxophone, snuggles up with a good book, enjoys watching movies, eats her favorite food--mac and cheese--and, weather permitting, heads to the beach. The youngest of two children, Tracy grew up in Sauk Rapids.

Kim, Dental Assistant

KIM, DENTAL ASSISTANT
A native of Rockville and the "middle" of five siblings, Kim is a registered dental assistant with a degree from St. Cloud Technical College and training in CPR and nitrous administration. She likes interacting with kids and has even worked as an assistant tennis instructor, providing lessons to elementary school students. Kim pursues a variety of interests outside of work: playing with her dog Brut, running, shopping, playing tennis, fishing and camping with her husband and eating her favorite food--ICE CREAM!

Denise, Dental Assistant

DENISE, DENTAL ASSISTANT
Denise graduated from Central Lakes College as a registered dental assistant knowledgeable in conscious sedation and basic life support. She is passionate about working with kids and energized by the light in their eyes as they receive a balloon animal from Dr. Dennis. When Denise is not at work, you'll find her hanging out with family and friends, camping, hunting and fishing. Denise roots for the home team--the Minnesota Twins--and she has a twin brother too!

CHRISTINA, DENTAL ASSISTANT
A graduate of Central Lakes College, Christina is a registered dental assistant with training in CPR and nitrous administration. She grew up in the St. Cloud area surrounded by the love, laughter, and camaraderie of five sisters, which she believes inspired her desire to work with children. In her free time, "Tina" enjoys horseback riding, fishing, hunting, farming, and spending time with her daughter. She's quite fond of chocolate, so it's no surprise that one of this girl's favorite companions is a horse affectionately named "Sugar."

KATIE, DENTAL ASSISTANT
A registered dental assistant, Katie earned her degree and certifications in CPR and nitrous oxide administration from St. Cloud Technical College. If you ask her "Why pediatric dentistry?" she'll tell you about the terror she experienced as a child during trips to the dentist's office and share her excitement about creating positive experiences for the kids who visit Dentistry for Children. Katie grew up in Shakopee, Minnesota, and returns there often to spend time with family and cheer on the horses at Canterbury Park.

KAYLA, DENTAL ASSISTANT
Kayla graduated from St. Cloud Technical College as a registered dental assistant with CPR certification. Although she's the youngest of her siblings by more than a decade, Kayla grew up in a house filled with little ones who attended her mom's daycare and possesses an uncanny ability to connect with children at their level. When she's not at Dentistry for Children, Kayla spends time with friends, family, and her puppy Ellie. She also loves to travel...even if it's just a short trip to her hometown of Fairhaven, Minnesota, a community so tiny it's not even on the map!
